3. Age Restriction

Sarah’s Creek Wines sells alcoholic beverages. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally entitled to purchase alcohol in South Africa. We reserve the right to request proof of age before dispatch or delivery.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and you have received an order confirmation from Sarah’s Creek Wines. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, stock shortages or suspected fraud.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Secure online card payments are accepted through our approved online payment gateway. EFT payments are available by prior arrangement only. For security reasons, our banking details are not published on the website and will be provided directly once an order has been confirmed.

6. Delivery

Delivery is available throughout South Africa. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times is 5 to 7 working days as per standard delivery time frames. An adult (18 years or older) must be available to receive and sign for all deliveries.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy. If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you.

8. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. Product images are for illustration purposes only and may vary slightly from the final product supplied.
