Shipping & Returns Policy

Delivery Areas

Sarah’s Creek Wines offers delivery throughout South Africa. Deliveries are made to physical street addresses only. Delivery to remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. Any free delivery promotions will be clearly displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Delivery Times

Orders are processed during normal business days. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 working days as per standard delivery time frames. and may vary depending on your location, public holidays and courier schedules.

Receiving Your Order

An adult (18 years or older) must be available to receive and sign for all wine deliveries. Sarah’s Creek Wines or the courier may request proof of age before handing over your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours by emailing info@scwines.co.za. Please include your order number and photographs of the affected products where possible so that we can resolve the matter promptly.

Returns

We take pride in the quality of every bottle we produce. Unopened products may be returned where the return is the result of our error or where the goods were damaged during delivery. Please contact us before returning any products so that we can assist you with the return process.

Refunds

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
