Planted primarily in limestone soils, with shale as the secondary soil type, our Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted to display bold fruit flavours and soft tannins while maintaining excellent balance.

This is no small task, but through strict canopy management and harvesting at optimal ripeness, excessive fruit shading is minimised.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon displays ripe blackcurrant and dried herb characters on the nose, complemented by subtle spicy oak notes. The palate is silky and smooth, with rich, ripe tannins and a long, lingering finish.
